Fabric Stash Updates!
So, we really do listen to all your awesome ideas and suggestions. I mean who knows more about what the app should be then our awesome users. We hope these ideas just keep making the app better and your fabric stash a little more organized.
Updated with your suggestions and feedback
- Added ability to track Cost, Location, Height, Width and Weight of Fabric
- The notes field now auto-expands to allow for inputing of multiline notes about fabric.
- Your fabric stash should now remember the last category sort used and will preserve this selection in between sessions.
- Existing fabrics and materials can now have the option to be added to a project from the project detail screen to allow for faster project creation.
- Improvements have been made which should improve speed/performance when browsing through a large stash
- The way user inputted values are remembered for fast re-entry has been saved has been changed to enhance stability and further reduce chance of data loss.
- Additional speed and stability improvements.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Just downloaded these improvements and they are great. I was one of those who requested the new categories and the improvements in the note section. Now I’m confident that I can upload all the info about my “stash” without having to redo it later. The one thing missing, that I can see, is the ability to put in the date of when the fabric was purchased. For the time being, I’ll use the note section for this. Again, thank you so much. A really great app.

can the pictures of our fabrics be taken with a regular digital camera and transfered to the Ipod touch to be used with Fabric stash application. I do not own and Iphone, but do have the Ipod touch. Thank you

Yep! To import pictures taken with another device all you need to do is import them to the iPod (or even iPhone) photo library through iTunes, and once they are loaded on the iPod in the Fabric Stash app you can use the “Get Image From Library” button to add that photo to a fabric.
