One of the promises this year is that we would make some more video tutorials for our apps. Before we do so is there anything you would like to see or request? Let us know and we will incorporate them into the new videos.

We just released a new app and are thinking our fans will enjoy this big time. Quilt Helper has been designed to calculate quilting measurements and provide you with easy to use references to make you quilting easier and quicker. All for $.99

Included are the following features:
-Calculates bias measurements

-Calculates backing measurements

-Reference of most bed sizes in inches and cm

-Square and triangle calculation

-Fraction to decimal calculation and chart to reference decimals into fractions.

Gift Stash allows you to do what your brain during the holidays cannot, remember what you gave, got and want as presents! If you enjoy our other “stash” products this one will be easy to get into and if your not familiar, it is easy and intuitive to get started.

Lists of gifts can be viewed according to the Person giving/receiving them, the Type, Occasions, or even the Source where the gift was obtained from. Allowing you to find any gift in your inventory based on only the minimal details you can remember.

Additionally Gifts can have information saved on them about cost, date, custom notes and even a photo.

The awesome folks over at Threads Magazine did an amazing feature on pattern pal! I really love when our small company gets some awesome reviews and exposure. Check out the article about our awesome sewing app here.

We did an update to Fabric Stash. We had been getting some requests that people wanted an easy way to share fabric photos and details easily. So, we integrated a little feature that will send info, pictures included, to anyone by email. Great for sharing photos of fabric you’ve found or sharing info that a friend might want. The feature resides in the top right corner of the items and fabric pages.

We have been reading through all your app feature suggestions and planning our next moves. Right now we have some fun stuff and little tweaks in the works for fabric stash. Beyond those, we have been trying to get a  feel where we should spend our time next. If you have a preference on what app you want new features on, let us know! We already have some stuff planned, but always love input. Keep an eye out for the next updates.

Every time we get coverage of our apps I am so happy. It is really nice to know people out there are willing to take the time and share their opinions of our work to their followers!

This update has been a long time coming. That being said, hopefully you all find it worthwhile. The two new features described below have been the most requested ones and we listened and brought them to you.

-NEW FEATURE: BACKUP FILES! We know you work hard to put your stash in your iOS device and we want to do our part to make sure that hard work isn’t wasted. So Fabric Stash now includes a backup feature that allows the user to create backup files of their Fabrics and Materials and then use iTunes document sharing to export them off the device and store them for if the worst should happen.  Then the files can be dropped back into the app via iTunes and reloaded into the app.  Its our goal to try to make sure you never need to use it, but we do recommend regular creation of backups of your database, especially during / after entering a large amount of data.

-NEW FEATURE: SEARCH! There is now a search feature which will allow you to use up to 3 criteria to search through your stash of Fabrics.  This is a commonly requested feature and we would love your feedback on it and any suggestions you have for improvement.

Beyond these two features we did a major update on how the app looks. We felt the creative people who use our app deserved a little better aesthetic. So, enjoy the update.
