Do you live your work day in six minute increments? Do you sometimes lose track of time when you’re on the go? Easy Biller is here to help. What does this app do? This app is great for lawyers, attorneys, artists,  and anyone who tracks by the hour. We have gotten feedback from almost every professional field saying they love this app.

- Calculates billable hours with a variety of tools including a timer and start/stop time converter

- Tracks your daily, weekly and monthly billable hours totals

- Organizes time entries by client and case names and numbers: enter as much or little detail as you prefer

- Allows you to enter detailed descriptions of your time

- Produces an easy-to-read, emailable table of your time entries at the end of each day

-Also includes a handy converter for figuring hours without adding new entry to database. No more losing track of time or forgetting what you worked on

Update 1.1

-The “Save” button has been removed! All entered data should now save automatically after being put in. Events now no longer need to be saved after creation to be added to the database, simply tapping “New Event” automatically creates a new saved entry.

-The method of associating a Client / File with an event has changed. Instead of text fields these values are now labels and to change a Client/File tap the associated button (ie “Change Client”) which will bring up the Client display and then all you have to do is tap the desired Client. No more having to repeat type out Client names, just two screen taps! -To add new clients simply view Clients through the normal “View Clients” button or “Change Client” and press the “+” in the upper right corner.

-When using the method of entering in two times (eg 1:00pm and 3:15pm) to calculate billable hours, calculations are now done each time text is successfully changed in one of the text fields. The “Total” button has been removed.

-In the table view of Events an “Edit” button has been added to assist users with deletion of events if they were not familiar with the already in place “swipe” delete gesture.

-Background image updates

-Button updates.

Does Easy Biller display / export reports by client?

Though the View Clients option will assist in navigation by displaying only files/ events corresponding to specific clients, at the moment reports are not able to be generated only for a specific client but tables are created by date. Client information is contained in the tables and before being sent the HTML tables generated for the email export can be edited. If this is a feature you would like added we can certainly try to incorporate it into the next update.

Hi, am just starting to use Easy Biller and it looks like it’s going to be exactly what I’ve been looking for, so thanks!

One question – is there a way to delete bad data? For example, if I entered time in advance knowing I had a mtg and the mtg was canceled, or if I entered something to test how the app works and now need to get rid of that bogus data (that looks all too real and will confuse me if I don’t delete it)?

    Thanks!

There is a way to delete data, all you need to do when viewing a list of Events is do the swipe gesture across the row of data you want to delete (finger drag left to right) and a red Delete button should appear which will permanently remove that data. If you delete an Event then just that Event is removed, however, deleting a Client will remove that Client from the database BUT all of the Events currently for that client will still exist but be shuffled into a “blank” Client (listed as –No Client Name–), Files behave the same way. So if you want to remove clients or files you can do so without fear that it will completely remove all of the associated events.

I hope that helps you out and that you enjoy using the app.
Please stop by again if you have any more questions or think of something you would like to see added/changed to the app as we are always looking to improve our work.
