Fabric Journal is designed to help you carry around your whole collection of raw fabric materials in the palm of your hand! Fabric Journal is an app designed to help recall your design work wherever you go. Fabric Journal gives you a place to put your hard work so that you can easily find and share the information you have on your sewing, quilting, and designing projects.

Features:

-Each entry contains : Project Name, Start Date, Finish Date, Recipient, Pattern, Size (in other words, Queen, King, Large, etc, OR Height/Width numbers with units of your choosing), percentage complete, as well as a section for any additional notes you want to record.

-AND MOST IMPORTANTLY 4 full size pictures (One primary and three additional) that you can take with a device camera or import from your library.

-Your list of projects can also be sorted in a variety of ways to ensure quick location of the desired item. You can sort by Name, Date, Pattern, Recipient or even the Percent complete of the project.

-In addition to sorting the appearance of 100%-Complete projects, Fabric Jouranal changes in the listing so you know at a glance which projects still need work.

    Great job! I love Fabric Stash and now Fabric Journal! I have lots of ideas for you! One would be a “To-do” app!

    Anyway, back to FJ — as you know, quilters have a ton of UFOs (if you don’t, trust me, we do) and I would love to enter all of them at once as it’s really tough to find the time to do them one at a time! We have so much project history.

    Another idea, would be to have a text view of the projects so there’s less scrolling if you want to see them at a glance.

    Another idea is to be able to sort them by catergorizing them into Active, BOMs, Purchased, Completed, etc.

    I’ll keep thinking as I use this wonderful app! It’s great to have pics of each stage of the project…a dream come true!
