It was tested on both first gen and second gen hardware(first gen iPhone, 2nd Gen touch). The setting on the store must have been set to 2nd Gen mistakenly (as I see no reason it shouldn't run on the 1st gen touch) and should be appearing correctly as soon as the store updates itself.
